Personal blog of Yuuiki. Anyways for the title, no offense to anyone. It's just that since Chan mentioned something similar on dA, I decided to run a tiny survey myself.
I was asking a couple of friends, whether they'd mind being called "bitch" or "fag", but in a way, not trying to offend them, but just how friends would jokingly call you. The result is that, seems like most of them DO mind being called those. It's apparently rude and they'd be offended, even if a close friend says that in a... friendly manner. Oh and just for the record, they're Malaysians... pretty typical ones. There were 'special cases' where they didn't mind if it was a close friend but would if it's just normally used.As for my overseas friends, Americans and English, seems like they didn't mind it at all. So it's the difference in culture and understanding?
I wouldn't mind being called a bitch actually... I realize I quite am LOL.

I mean like what's the big deal... they're WORDS. ==; well 'doh I wouldn't get it would I? I hardly take offense in any of these 'words' people say it's offensive.
Plus I remember that day someone called me stupid... which I got kinda pissed at but I replied in a gracious manner... "thank you for calling me stupid." /.sarcasm.
So what do you think? Mind being called bitch or fag? XD Or having someone tell you to 'fuck off'.
