Okay as promised, I'm gonna be doing a Korean music post. I asked Eva for some recommendations, Ley threw in a song recommendation too (which I have to say, I absolutely l.o.v.e) So I'll just post some of the chosen ones here.
Fans of Kpop would probably know these songs so ignore my noob-ness with Kpop.
So let's start off with the title of the post- BBI-RI-BOP-A by Brown Eyed Girls Narsha. Weird name huh xD
The music video somewhat reminds me of... Lady Gaga x Alice in Wonderland x Final Fantasy 8. Pretty cool actually... and this song is addictive, more addictive than Lucifer!
Hard to choose between "Take It Slow" or "Move" by Taeyang
'Take It Slow' somewhat reminds me of 'Don't Let Me Down' by Leona Lewis. And 'Move' sounds like something Chris Brown would sing in English LOL. I make the 'best' references huh.
This song makes me wanna dance! The lyrics of the chorus isn't too hard, catchy and makes you wanna sing along while shaking your booty. Well if one can remember the whole song's lyrics, it'd be a fun song to sing in the karaoke.
C.N.BLUE - I'm a Loner
I can imagine this song to be sang in a capella style, snapping your fingers and singing it. An enjoyable song to listen to actually. The melody and vocals are pretty good overall.
Big Bang -- Foolish Love
I don't know why, but the melody of this song reminds me of a chinese song. o.O;
A typical Big Bang styled ballad with parts of rap in the middle of the song. All of their songs sound decent to me, but I haven't encountered one that really catches my attention. I tend to forget their songs after awhile lol.
The same title as Ke$ha's Tik Tok lol. But other than the name, nothing is alike. I don't really have much to say about it song, as it didn't have any 'epic' parts in the song lol.
After listening to all those Korean songs, I realized that Korean songs are really similar to the American music scene, the music, voice, melody. But it's still not enough to make me into a big fan xD
