I swear I feel like ranting about my dad again earlier but I was out. Don't really feel like writing a whole load of crap atm. But seriously I should even do a vlog about it =.=

Skin care?
So many girls (and even guys too!) are so obsessed with their skin. I mean taking care of your skin is one thing but obsessing over it is another.
Obsessed with whitening or anti acne, and even anti aging. Seriously okay I get it if some people's skin are acne prone but do you really need whitening and all those stuff? The daily routine of cleaning, toning, moisturizing. Isn't it a pain really? I have tried that, it didn't really help my skin at all honestly. In fact it sort of made my skin worse in some cases. Can't say I used the wrong types cause my skin is a combination skin where it's normal and oily combined. I used Biotherm for combination skin, it didn't work. My skin produced even more oil than usual. Even used Avene, this wasn't so bad but I didn't see changes in my skin or anything, didn't really work then.
So I have naturally fair skin compared to most people around me, but it's not a big deal. You wanna be white? what's so good about it? I tell people you get sunburned easily, and it's easier to get darker too. Asians with the obsession of being white and white people want tans. The grass is always greener on the other side huh?
But honestly I do like my skin tone. And I have to thank my parents' genes cause I don't get pimples ever. HOWEVER I do get blemishes, red spots on my face, especially on my cheeks. And there's no secret in getting good skin.
Mostly important is to have enough water (yes yes traditional, old school too but it works). I'm the type that's really lazy to drink water. But recently I've been drinking lots because I'm sick (sore throat and stuff) so it does wonders.
Other than that, make sure the cloth you use to wipe your face is clean. There's no point in cleaning your face when the cloth you use is dirty right? and try not to touch your face much during the day, as your hands tend to get dirty. It keeps dust away.
For some people who likes to makeup, try not to apply too much? It prevents your skin from 'breathing' and clogs pores. It'll only get worse. Remove your makeup as soon as you can when you're home, with the correct steps and double cleanse. Makeup remover > oil cleanser > normal cleanser you use.
Simple ways of keeping your skin good without relying too much on those skin care products. Of course this method doesn't help everyone in general.

Sleeping = Love-Hate
Sleeping has become a love-hate relationship for me. I love sleeping, I mean who doesn't? But recently I got a sore throat after my fever went down. This is the first time I got a sore throat this bad. It hurts when I drink, swallow, yawn or even open my mouth. I cough non stop whenever the air is cold.
It feels like I went through a throat surgery lol. Hope it gets better soon.

I wish FB would disappear. Or banned from Malaysia.
I think this is an overdue rant, that I still constantly rant about. I don't even know how to start this. SRSLY.
Alright so my dad starts using Facebook (quite sometime ago, months? Maybe almost a year I forgot) ... Just cause everyone has one and of course he would want one. Though, what's worse is that he's pretty obsessed with it. I have to say it's not funny if your dad is turning 61, and he's on FB everyday and keeps telling you crap about FB that you don't even know yourself. It's not "IN" either!
First of all things, he used to only know how to turn on the comp. Yes, that's it. He didn't even know how to turn it off. He doesn't know how to register for an email address, so of course I had to do it for him. And his account? yeah I did it for him too.
Other than that, dad doesn't even know how to open the browser at first. I used Mozilla cause I haven't downloaded Google Chrome on the other PC. He asked me to set FB to his homepage... But phrases it something like "set it so everytime I open this thing, FB will appear". So after a couple days, I downloaded Chrome and told him to use it. He's like "I don't know how to use it. How do you open FB?" I was like "=________=;;" Speechless! And okay after typing in the address... he doesn't know how to login.... GOD SAVE ME.
Then a month ago his comp died on him, my RAM died on my desktop. (we have 2 desktops, one macbook pro and 2 other laptops lol) and he sent it to a friend's brother's shop to fix it... Honestly I don't like going to that shop to fix stuff cause there's always problems. But my dad just said to me, and practically shouted "then where do you think I should take it to?" I said "there's the other guy" and he's like "he's almost never there" =.= I just think my dad doesn't wanna bring it there. So.whatever. just bring it to the friend's brother. Don't mind me. Replacing a RAM on my desktop was just fine so it wouldn't have any problems.
As of why my dad's desktop died. HA I LAUGHED. I LAAAUUUGHED. The technician checked and said, everything in the system is too corrupted to the point the comp can't be turned on. Because before that I keep telling my dad not to open all the emails and shit like that. And he would argue like "I only open emails from people I know" and I had the debate where people he knows could be hacked or infected with viruses and stuff blah blah blah all those stuff. I don't remember who said the last word.
But after being told by the technician, I could finally say "Told you."
So after fixing and reformatting the comp, he got it back and in the car he keeps telling me and asking me to set up FB for him again. Wth? He's been using it for about a year and he doesn't even know how to open a friggin webpage? I told him to use the browser to open the webpage and he's still asking me stupid questions.
And after his happy minutes on FB, the comp auto-restarted... NON STOP. I don't even know what's happening lol. So in the end I just told him to use my desktop. We're basically using the same OS. Windows XP on the desktops (don't ask my why not Win7). and before even looking he said "I don't know how to use your desktop." HOW IS THE SAME OS DIFFERENT?"
Now I'm just confusing myself.
Anyways I just modified and changed the looks and themes around, it's still the same thing. So of course, first thing he does... FB. FB FB FB!!! You can see signs of me going mad.
So of course I wouldn't have his login info (I wouldn't remember) and it was at the front page of the site right? The bottom part is for registering and the top is for logging in. He was asking... "Why do I have to give my name and birthday all those stuff again?" =.= KILL ME PLEASE. I seriously try hard to keep my cool. SERIOUSLY. So I said that's for registering, the logging in is from the top of the page. So he asked "How do I log in?" HOW? HOW THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN LOGGING IN DAMN IT. I just said "click on login" ... he took it literally! He said "just click on the button?" So I had to say, put in your email address and pw. He still had to ask "the xxxxxxx@live blahblah?" HOW SHOULD I KNOW DAD IT'S YOUR EMAIL OMG. Can't expect me to remember all your login shit for you now right?
and finally he logs in.
The reason why I'm partly so pissed is that he keeps showing off that he's knowledgable about these tech stuff and can even teach other people! HA what a joke. My mom was trying to figure out how to send a contact to her other phone through bluetooth yesterday and my dad was like "I'll do it for you" and he actually doesn't really know how to do it. My mom just said "you don't even know how to do it" and he got angry. lol =.=;
I think I'm gonna die when he gets the Blackberry. I wish we didn't have to give him one. But hey he wants iPod Shuffle we give. He wants iPod Touch WE GIVE. HE WANTS BB WE GIVE.
Though he never really used the iPods so Shuffle is better off with mom and I'll take back the Touch.
I salute you who finished reading this pointlessly long rant.
PS. I wouldn't mind FB disappearing off the face of Earth, rather... I would like it that way so people can get out to get to know REAL people.
PPS. I'm a sucker for Twitter HA.

Oh wow my last post was on the 31st of December.
It's the mid of January and classes had been going on for the past 2 weeks. It's also that time of the year again where I get sick =.=; Fever and all that shit. But the fever is over I guess, now it's just sore throat.
Man I need more stuff to update about. Maybe I might get something to blog about next week.
